I have bought so many candles given out as gifts. Love the diffusers they ate the best ever. However I finally got myself a candle and what a dam mess. The wick kept going out. The wax wouldn't melt right. I had to take out so much wax as the wick was too short to why kept going out. Did this and it was good then did it again and again. Didn't last more then 4 days and the large one gone. So much waste so disappointed. Smell amazing but for value nope never again . Very expensive candle to only last a few days . Maybe I got the bad batch. The wicks are horrible. Back to diffuser.

This candle has very little scent. It’s not discernible if you are more than a metre from the lit candle. Very disappointing considering its cost.

I love this body wash so much, I asked my friends to bring it back from Australia with them. The scent is so unique, and I tried to find it other places, but unfortunately, your company doesn't distribute abroad.
I bought the diffuser and the candle, however I find neither have enough scent. I can only smell thediffuser if I’m within a one metre range, and the candle is pretty much the same.
Very disappointing considering how expensive they were.

I really love this scent! It reminds me of my Nana’s house in the country. Fresh floral scent with fruit to feel like I’m in Nana’s garden. So pleased I picked this fragrance & well done to Rituelle for the love you have put into all your other products too.

The hand creams and oils were great but the face scrub was half empty. It had not been opened May fell short in the filling process. I was going to bring it back to your shop but felt it was not worth the drive from here.
